TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Auve website and your purchase of products from Auve. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms in full.

1. ABOUT AUVE

Auve is a Cambodian ecommerce brand selling Y2K and alternative fashion accessories including sunglasses, stainless steel chains, arm warmers, belts, and caps. We operate online and ship across Cambodia.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use this website. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display products accurately, slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting.

Product availability is subject to stock levels. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Order confirmation is sent upon successful payment or payment initiation. An order is only fully confirmed once payment is verified.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect pricing due to technical errors, or cannot be fulfilled.

5. PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bakong KHQR through Cutluy with automatic confirmation in all provinces
  • Manual KHQR with screenshot verification in all provinces
  • Cash on Delivery in Phnom Penh and Takhmao only

Payment must be completed in full before your order is dispatched, except for Cash on Delivery orders.

For KHQR payments, the QR code expires after approximately 5 minutes. Failed or expired payments will not result in a charge to your account. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us immediately with your payment confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery, payment is due in full in USD or equivalent Riel at the current exchange rate upon delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw Cash on Delivery availability after repeated nonpayment incidents.

We do not store your banking credentials, account numbers, or payment card details.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to all 26 provinces of Cambodia.

Shipping fees:

  • Free shipping on orders over $50.00
  • $1.50 for Phnom Penh and Takhmao
  • $2.00 for all other provinces

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather, or courier capacity. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third party courier services.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon dispatch from our location.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept return requests within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery for:

  • Items received in a damaged or defective condition
  • Items that are significantly different from the product listing
  • Incorrect items delivered

To initiate a return, contact us through Telegram or email within 7 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and any packaging damage
  • A description of the issue

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection unless the item was mislabeled, or items damaged through customer misuse.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale or discounted items marked as nonreturnable
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items without proof of purchase

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, and design elements is the property of Auve or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. USER CONDUCT

When using our website or contacting us, you agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to defraud our payment systems
  • Upload malicious files or engage in any activity that could harm our website or systems
  • Harass or abuse our staff

We reserve the right to block or ban any user who violates these terms.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auve is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website
  • Loss of data or profits
  • Damages resulting from delays in delivery caused by third parties
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to materials not disclosed at time of purchase. Please check product descriptions and contact us with material questions before ordering.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

11. PRODUCT SAFETY

Our accessories are fashion items intended for adults. Some products contain small parts such as charms and chain links and are not suitable for children under 12. Products with metal components may cause skin reactions in individuals with metal sensitivities. If you have known allergies, check product materials before purchasing.

12. PRIVACY

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Cambodian courts.
